Up for a Christmas Miracle ?

Help CDPHP^® support the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York’s BackPack Program. During December, CDPHP will match donations of $100 or more to the BackPack Program (up to $5K) and will donate $5 for every new “like” on the Food Bank’s Facebook page (up to $5K).
